Biography

Lisa Scheinkopf has spent the last 30+ years helping leaders and teams and organizations use TOC with their heads and hearts to make step change performance improvements. Her passion is helping people learn how to remove their barriers to achieving much more of what matters to them. Lisa founded Jenrada LLC in 2019 after 14 years as a Partner at Goldratt Consulting where she led the company’s consulting practice in North America and India and headed the Goldratt School. She was fortunate to work directly with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt, the originator of Theory of Constraints (TOC), on the development of the TOC Thinking Process. Her book, “Thinking for a Change: Putting the TOC Thinking Processes to Use,” was personally endorsed by Dr. Goldratt and has a 4.6/5 star customer rating on Amazon. Lisa has worked with hundreds of leaders, change makers and companies around the world to radically increase performance by creating an environment of innovation, inspiration, and harmony. She earned her Masters in International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management, was awarded the TOCICO Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018, and is an adjunct professor at Washington State University. Lisa keeps herself busy, but there is always time for my husband, family, friends, community and fun.
